OffMaps 2 Lite will become a true companion for those who do not imagine their life without trips, who like to discover new places.

The lists with all sights with photos and info in English will be available to you. You will be surprised with amount of useful information! It is an app which definitely deserves room in every traveler’s mobile gadget!

The app is very convenient to use: in the main panel maps are subdivided in folders with signed city names. There is also a simple design in the form of a list. In the “Edit” section you can delete a map (each map memory is about 50 MB). Have a beautiful picture of this or that city? You can install it as a cover. The “Store” section will show you a map store where everything is classified geographically. Each map costs averagely $1.

In the lower corner you see scale, at the top there is a button that will show your current location. If you zoom in on a map, you will see road names, signs of transport stops, shops, restaurants, hospitals and other places. You can mark out any map object to get info about it in the corresponding Wikipedia section.

There are also metro and land public transport routes in the app. You can easily activate them by pressing a button hidden under the map page. One more interesting service section is “Guide”. “Guide” is a collection of the most necessary and vast in volume info for guests and city residents about restaurants, sights, first aid, shopping, service, sports, entertainment and also such important objects as banks, cash machines, saloons, dry-cleaner’s etc.

Want to go somewhere to have supper? Here is the “Restaurants” section where a list of city facilities with phone numbers, in most cases with reviews, menu, possibility to book a table is presented.

One more advantage of this app is opportunity to use Wikipedia off-line.
